The restaurant and kitchen

All the products are local and fresh coming, almost entirely, from our garden.

Our restaurant on the terrace serves daily a rich buffet of 40 different dishes including antipasti, vegetables, salads, pastas, fresh fish, meats, desserts and fruit.

We prepare mainly traditional recipes from the island like " ischitana rabbit " and " grilled sword fish "

Ingredients prepared in our kitchen are obtained fresh from local suppliers or grown in our own extensive green-gardens using 100% organic methods free of chemical pesticides or additives.
